How to make vegetables barbecue?

Today I will show you vegetable bbq recipe. This is the best recipe for the vegetarians who like bbq. 
The spices will be same as used in the meat or chicken barbecue. We will use vegetables available in this season. You may use vegetables which are easily available in your local market. 

Ingredients: 

Carrots: 2

Capsicum : 2

Cucumber : 1

Mushroom: 1

Onion : 1 (large size)

Pumpkin : 1 slice

Tomatoes : 2

Olive oil : 2 tbsp

Salt & black pepper : 1/2 tsp each

Chilli flakes : 1/2 tsp (optional)

Ginger & Garlic paste : 1 tbsp

Lemon Juice : 2 tbsp

Vinegar : 1tsp

Method:

1- Cut all vegetables in equal size in any shape. 

2- Take an empty bowl, Mix all the ingredients, vegetables not included in it.

3- Marinate vegetables in the spices and oil mixture. Put aside for an hour.

4- skewer all the vegetables and place on the bbq grill. Cook from both sides for 5 minutes.

5- Another method to cook is use non-stick pan. Spray oil and places vegetable skewers in it. Use medium flame and cook from both sides.

Serve bbq vegetables with garlic rice. Fried rice add more taste with some sauces.
