Garlic bread pizza
Dough for pizza bread:
Ingredients:
Yeast: 2tsp
Sugar: 1/2 tbsp
Milk powder: 2 tsp
Flour: 2 cups
Oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Warm water
Ingredients for topping:
Parsley: 1 tbsp (chopped)
Paprika: ½ tsp
Garlic: 1 tbsp (paste)
Oil for brushing
Method:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in the ½ cup water and set aside for an hour to rise. Sift flour, salt and milk powder and pour oil for making dough. Knead it with the yeast mixture and warm water. Cover the dough and put aside to rise. After two hours roll it and again set aside for an hour again. Grease the pizza pan, roll the dough and spread on it. Brush oil and garlic paste over it.

Topping:
Sprinkle parsley and paprika on the top. Bake it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200degree. Serve it with white sauce or tomato ketchup.
Variations:
1-Chicken shreds can be used for topping.
2-Vegetables can be used for topping.
