Turkish Salad

 This Turkish Salad is very delicious. It can be served with Pizza and bread. The ingredients in this recipe are nutritious. The use of onion and lemon juice is useful for digestive system. 

Here we are sharing its recipe today:

Ingredients: 

Tomatoes : 3 (slices)

Onion : 1 medium

Lemon Juice : 1tbsp

Olive oil: 1 tbsp

Paprika : 1 tsp

Salt : 1/2 tsp

Cheese : Feta cheese 1/2 cup (grated)

Parsley : half cup (freshly chopped)

Food colour/ zafron : yellow (1/4 tsp)

Other vegetables : optional 

Method: 

  • Cut onion in round slices. Rub salt, colour and paprika.
  • slice tomatoes and chop parsley. 
  • Combine tomatoes and parsley in olive oil.
  • After 15 minutes mix tomato & parsley in onion slices. 
  • Serve with fresh cheese garnishing.
