Noodle Omelette



Ingredients:
  • eggs: 4
  • capsicum :1(small cubes)
  • cabbage:1/2 cup (grated
  • carrot: 1 grated
  • spring onion: 1/2 cup
  • noodles: 1 cup(boiled)
  • soy sauce: 1/2 tbsp
  • green chilies: 1 small (chopped)
  • pepper:1/3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Method:
  1. Whisk eggs with soy sauce, salt & pepper.
  2. Add all the vegetables, noodles, chiles and mix it well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, pour mixture in it and cook from both sides.
