- chicken boneless pieces (cubes 1 inch) : 10-12
- salt : 1tbsp
- ginger garlic paste : 1tbsp
- red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
- black pepper : 1/2 tsp
- food color (yellow) : pinch
- yogurt : 2 tbsp
- lemon juice : 1 tbsp
It is very simple recipe and it can be prepared in quick time.
Boil water in a sauce pan, add salt in it. In the boiling water dip all the chicken pieces and boil these pieces for 3-4 minutes. Now drain them and keep aside for drying. In a shallow pot mix yogurt with all the ingredients (salt is not included). Marinate all the pieces in this mixture for an hour. Now you have two options : First is to bake it in the microwave oven (according to your oven baking time) or gas oven for (15 minutes) and sprinkle oil on the piece. Those who avoid coal, use this method.
Second option is to screw these pieces and use barbecue in the backyard or use griller in your kitchen. Serve with salad.
