- Chicken boneless: 4 hammed (breast)
- Butter: 4 thin slices
- Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
- Parsley: 1 tbsp chopped
- Potatoes: ½ kg boiled and mashed
- Egg: 1 (mix 1/3tsp salt and pepper)
- Flour for coating
- Bread crumbs
1- Mix potatoes with salt and pepper and set aside.
2- Now mix butter with salt and pepper, parsley and garlic paste. And freeze it.
3- Then divide it in 4 equal parts.
4- Fill each part in the hammed chicken pieces and fold it. Then coat it in flour and dip in the egg and then coat it in the bread crumbs.
5- Freeze them for few minutes and coat again with flour, egg and bread crumbs. Heat oil and fry it on low flame until golden brown and cooked from all sides. Serve with mash potatoes and salad dressing.
