Cheese & Vegetable Pratha Recipe
• flour:
1/2 kg (White)
• salt :1
tsp
• sugar: 2
tsp
• baking
powder : 1 tsp
Make a medium soft dough and refrigerate it.
Ingredients for filling:
- green onion : 2 (chopped
- capsicum : 1 small ( chopped )
- green chillies: 2 (chopped )
- red chillies: 1/4 tsp
- potato : 1 medium sized (boiled & mashed)
- cheddar cheese :3/4 cup (grated)
- moralize cheese: 1/2 cup (grated)
- Chili sauce: 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
Directions:
Make small balls with the dough. Flatten them on
hard surface and make roti (bread) of any shape, square or circle. Take a roti
put some filling in it then take another roti and cover it. Close the sides
with folk and fry it in heated oil on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve it with sauce or dip.
