- Milk : 4 cups
- Condensed Milk : 2 cups
- Sugar : 1 1/2 cups
- Roasted Pistachio & Almonds (crushed) : 1/3 cup
- Nutmeg powder: 1/3 a teaspoon
- Cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon
2- Slowly pour condensed milk and keep string.
3- stir and cook on medium heat until milk thickened.
4- Now add sugar, almonds, pistachio, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.
5- Cook again for 15-20 minute again.
6- Take it off the heat and put aside for 15 minutes.
7- Pour the mixture into the ice cream mold or in a stainless steel bowl to make kulfa ice cream.
8- Put ice cream filled molds in the freezer.
9- After 45 minutes open up ice cream molds and stir well so that no icicles remain there.
10- Freeze again till hard.
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 cups nonfat dry milk powder
Get a blender and pour the water into it.
Add the stick of margarine and the 2 cups of sugar to the blender.
urn the blender on and combine the ingredients well.
Turn the blender on and combine the ingredients well.Take one cup of the dry milk powder and slowly add it to the blender.
Combine and blend. Repeat for the three other cups, so that you're blending after you add each time.Store in airtight container and place in refrigerator.
