al khanfaroosh recipe


Al Khanfaroosh is prepared from a mixture of flour, egg, sugar, yeast, cardamom, saffron and rose water. The mixture is then left to rest, after which it is divided into pieces and fried in oil.
Ingredients :
1- Flour : 2 tea cups
2- Sugar : 1 cup
3- Egg : 2 (for more taste )
4- Saffron : a pinch
5- Cardamom : one-fourth tea spoon
6- Rose water : I table spoon
7- Milk : while mixing (till u think the mixture of all mix well )
Method:
Mix all the ingredients. Leave the mixture for one hour. Heat oil and fry a spoon full of mixture or in a required shape. Put aside fried Al Khanfarosh and serve in dish.
