shrimp ball

Shrimps (fish): 450 gm
White bread crumbs: ½ cup
Egg: 1(beaten)
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
First clean the shrimps and chop them. Mix sauces, ketchup and salt & pepper. Now make shape of balls and refrigerate it for ½ an hour. Heat oil in saucepan and dip balls in the egg and coat it with bread crumbs one by one. Deep fry these balls until golden brown. You can insert tooth pick and a sliced tomato and serve it with ketchup or coleslaw.
