Eid Special Sweets

Mango Chocolate Marquise:
  • cream: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Eggs: 4 separated
  • Butter: 60g
  • White chocolate 450g
  • Gelatin: 1 tsp
  • Cacao powder: 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Mango slice: 4 (cubes)
Melt chocolate and set aside to cool. Whip cream with half the sugar. Whip egg whites into light meringue with the remaining sugar. Add butter, gelatin, cacao and beaten egg yolks to melted chocolate. Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites, then fold in cream. Pour into 8cm round moulds and refrigerate to set. Garnish with mango cubes and sever with chocolate sauce.
