For the serious dieters deep water fish tuna is best choice because it is low in saturated Fat, a good source of vitamin B6, Phosphorus & a very good source of Protein, Niacin, vitamin B12 & Selenium. It is low in fat and high in vitamins. Trout having 17g of protein & only about 3g of fat per serving is also good for dieters. Sea food is best for replacing red meat. The most important thing is the method of preparing fish. Broiled, grilled and steamed fish is mostly recommended  for losing weight.
