Ice Cream Cake Recipe

This is a delicious dessert for every event, and it is really simple and quick to make. Rich creamy Ice cream cake is irresistible and it also have high nutrition value. The recipe which you are going to read is very easy and you will enjoy it's taste.

  1.  cookies:1 pack (Oreo or any other cookies)
  2.  butter:1/4 cup (melted)
  3.  ice cream : 1 liter vanilla flavor ( you can use your favorite flavor )
For sponge cake: (if you don't have enough time for baking, buy a simple sponge cake.)
  1. flour:1 cup
  2. eggs:2
  3. sugar:1 cup
  4. baking powder:1/2 tsp
  5. butter:1tbsp
  6. salt:1 pinch
Preheat the oven. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs with sugar and butter till creamy and fluffy. Now fold the sifted flour.mix it with a wooden spoon. Grease the baking pan and line it with baking sheet. Bake it at 180 for 35-40 minutes (you can set temperature according to your oven). This is the basic sponge cake. Remove the cake when it is baked. put it on a wire rack. Cut the cake into two layers. 
Preparation for the ice cream cake:
 1. Put the ice cream in the refrigerator to let it soften. 
2. Crush 6 cookies and mix their crumb with the butter in a bowl.
3. When ice cream is soften, stir well so it is  all a uniform consistency. Combine the ice cream and Cookie Crust.
4. On the first layer spread ice cream and cookie crust mixture. Make  a thick layer of it.
5. Take second layer of sponge cake and place it on the spread of ice cream and cookie crust layer. 
6. It is time to spread ice cream and cookie crust again on it. Level it with a spatula or knife.
7. Coat the top and the sides of the cake with whipped ice cream, and then use the remaining cookies to decorate it. 
8. Place the cake into the freezer for two hours approximately.
9. strawberries can be decorated with strawberry ice cream, you can use any flavor of ice cream for the dressing of a sponge cake.
